Please use Google Drive to store (backup) your documents, pictures, etc.. You can access Google Drive in two different ways. You can either use the Google Drive application that is installed on your college computer or you can access it from a web browser.
FROM A COMPUTER:
The Google Drive shortcut should be located on your desktop, but if it has been removed, you can also access it from the Programs list.
We recommend you copy/paste your documents into the folder. Do not drag and drop, because it will move them to this folder on the computer.
FROM A WEB BROWSER:
To access Google Drive from a web browser (Google Chrome is recommended), click here and log in with your email account information. To upload documents, click on the orange upload button on the left. Browse for the files you want to upload and then click Upload.
